Ted Weller immigrated to the United States in the early 1900's. He settled in Spokane Washington and worked as a meat cutter. He became a U.S. citizen in 1921. He had his own meat market in Spokane for many years. He married Dorothy Ray in 1927 in Spokane. They had no children. They did adopt a girl June Sorenson. Wife Dorothy died in 1958. Ted enjoyed many years hunting and fishing in the Spokane area. He died after a number of years in a nursing home in 1973 at the age of 93. He is buried at the Riverside Park Cemetery with his wife Dorothy in Spokane Washington. |
