Sarah was a Free Mulatto when she met Henry Weller. Her son William Weller is reputed to have been fathered by Henry Weller.

Mulatto is a term used to refer to a person who is born from one white parent and one black parent, or more broadly, a person of any proportion of European and African ancestry.

Henry Weller and Sarah Smith had the following child: 4. i. WILLIAM3 WELLER was born on 07 Sep 1809 in Black River, Parish of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. He died after 1846. He married ELIZA ROBB HYMAN. She was born in 1809 in Jamaica. She died after 1846.
